Curiosity

How much you are drawn to new ideas, imagination and reflection.

Score band
Below 40

Low: Practical, grounded

You like ideas that work in the real world. You trust what has been tested, prefer clear instructions to open-ended musing, and tend to judge a plan by whether it gets results. That makes you steady, practical and hard to sell on hype. Long abstract debates may feel tiring. Now and then, giving an unusual idea a fair hearing before you decide can show you options you would otherwise miss.

40 to 60

Balanced: Somewhere in between

You enjoy a new idea, but you want to know how it would work in practice. You can daydream and you can stay on task, and you are open to change when there is a good reason for it. In a group you often bridge the gap between the big thinkers and the doers. Notice when you hold back an idea because it feels too odd. It might be the useful one.

Above 60

High: Imaginative, idea-driven

Your mind is busy with ideas, questions and possibilities. You enjoy abstract thinking, notice patterns others miss, and tend to spend time reflecting on why things are the way they are. New experiences and unusual viewpoints give you energy. The risk is that interesting ideas pile up faster than you act on them. Choosing one or two to carry all the way through can turn that imagination into something you can share.
